Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after verification of the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
